Kids/Youth Class

Starting at age 4 and going through age 12, this class focusses on traditional martial training utilizing age appropriate strategies. In addition to learning traditional Tang Soo Do techniques, students learn to develop and practice listening skills, emotional regulation, following instructions, and how to play with others well.

Teen Class

Starting at age 12 and running through age 16, this class focusses on traditional martial arts training in a more serious way which takes into consideration unique developmental challenges present within these ages. Teenagers are capable of much deeper understanding compared to children and the training in this class reflects that. This class teaches traditional Tang Soo Do techniques while working to develop character traits and internal attitudes which teenagers need to be successful.

Adult Class

Starting at age 16 and going through the rest of adulthood, this class focusses on teaching traditional Tang Soo Do techniques utilizing traditional methods. These classes focus on developing martial skill while also learning about how to develop lifestyle routines that will help to support health, wellbeing, and longevity. Students in this class learn about how to push themselves beyond what they think that they can, but not so far that they harm themselves.

Ki Gong

Ki Gong is a practice of ancient Chinese origin which focusses on coordinating movement with breathing and slow, intentional movement. These practices blend meditative attitudes with movement and develop skills which help to promote longevity and reduce stress.
